Social Anxiety is usually triggered by an unfortunate event as a kid like discrimination, family conflict, abuse, etc. Once triggered your brain, body, mind, nervous system, throat & facial expressions create an automatic algorithm that trigger everytime you try to be yourself but feel like you're about to get judged.
It's not just your behavior, or the idea behind you just need to change how you act.
It's the neurotransmitters firing alongside your nervous system that literally force you to not be yourself. Eventually this pattern happens for 10 years and you accept it, socially isolating, abusing alcohol to be social, and live an unhappy quiet life of desperation.
Realize you are not the obstacle, the obstacles are the bad lifestyle, unhealthy foods you eat, bad habits that either shrink or grow your neurotransmitters.
We live in a world where itâs easier for our brains to be unhealthy than healthy.
