Once I realized that I am not my social anxiety, it gave me the space to become me.
For so long, I never could tell the difference between who I really was, what I wanted, who I wanted to be vs this consistent unconscious loop in my brain (social anxiety) that gets me to think less of myself and tells me people will judge me no matter what.
You see, if every day of your life you try to be yourself and socialize, but an inside part of your brain holds you back no matter what you try to do...it destroys your self-esteem, hope, future of living your own life.
You get unmotivated. You stop caring. You lose your relationships. You lose yourself.
Social anxiety is the gateway to social isolation, substance abuse, depression and suicide, an in fact a meta-analysis study from Harvard found this to be trueā¦
I'm here to tell you that it's possible to uninstall this virus from your brain!
I did it. Many others have as well.
It's not easy. But it is possible.
It gets easier if you can learn the best, most accurate, credible information, from the right sources who can guide you on your journey to empower yourself.
The truth is living your life with social anxiety is hard, very hard, Iām sure you didnāt need me to tell you that.
So is climbing out social anxiety...they're both hard.
You might as well choose your hard that will bring you the best results in the future. If you donāt have motivation to do it for yourself, do it for your future self, do it for your kids, your career, your purpose that is WAITING FOR YOU.
I've seen people get life-changing results in 6-12 months once they dedicate and commit themselves! You really need to immersive yourself in this process.
Why? The virus doesnāt want to be uninstalled.
The virus has installed defense mechanisms like āoh thatās not for youā or āthis guy is trying to sell you to scam you and it will never work.ā
I literally did the same exact thing for 10 years, until I couldnāt anymore.
I got so sick and tired of being sick and tired. Once the pain of staying the same, outweighs the pain of changing, you finally start to change.
Iāve dedicated my lifeās purpose to helping those who face social anxiety because I struggled with it for over 10 years and I know whatās likeā¦
I also know most of the solutions out there arenāt the best. Largely made by people who have never actually experienced serious social anxiety but have read about it in a book rather than lived it.
